The data source for the [LiveStream] select control should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/LiveStreamService/livestream"   (HTTP-GET) 
An existing LiveChatMessage entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/LiveStreamService/livechatmessage/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new LiveChatMessage entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/LiveStreamService/livechatmessage"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing LiveChatMessage entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL: 
    "/LiveStreamService/livechatmessage/{id}"   (HTTP-PUT)
