If a new HiddenCameraIncident entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/AmenityService/hiddencameraincident"   (HTTP-POST) 
If an existing HiddenCameraIncident entity has been updated, the modified entity should be sent to the relative URL:
