An existing EncryptionKeyBundle entity should be loaded from the relative URL: 
    "/UserAccountService/encryptionkeybundle/{id}"   (HTTP-GET) 
If a new EncryptionKeyBundle entity has been created, the new entity should be posted to the relative URL: 
    "/UserAccountService/encryptionkeybundle"   (HTTP-POST)
